Activity Center
The City of Vance Activity Building is home to many city functions and all the community events. The building was completed in 2021 along with the completion of the Vance Fire Protection District Fire Department.
If you are interested in renting the activity building, please call (205) 553-8278 for availability and more information. Tables, chairs, and bathrooms are provided as well as a full kitchen.
The rental fee is $150 and there is a deposit fee of $150 which will be returned as long as rules are followed.
Vance Ball Park

The Vance Ballpark is home to 4 Ballfields, batting cages, a walking path, a covered pavilion, and a playground. Contact the ballpark manager at (205) 393-5738 for more information.
Library
Great things are happening in our city.
Due to the Highway 11 expansion our small library has had to close, however, due to the needs of our community members the old civic center location is the new home of the library.
